Nutritional balance is fairly reasonable for vegan multivitamins and they're quite cheap compared to many. They come in blister packs within the box, large sheets.     I've tried a few different ones. But these are by far the best. No disgusting taste or smell. And tick all the boxes that you can't necessarily get from food even if you are a meat eater. I also noticed, when I used another brand that weren't as strong. I was getting so tired. To the point I was literally having to take a nap at work to recover. Hoping now I am back on these it will bring me back to normality!
