For the price it's brilliant. I have an older version of the old app (annoying I can't transfer over), and the door bell. They all work well and the picture is good. My garden one work well on hd (5m from router/direct veiw), door bell has to many obstacles(5m/obstacles), so the signal varies and with that picture quality.

Now this one I'm using for my driveway which is located around 20/30 meters from my property. Now the wifi won't allow for QHD as its so far away, but on auto it has 2 bars of signal and about 176kbs. Not great, but he picture is visable, and it works. Really it's my own fault due to distance. Overall very good for the quality you are given and the price it is.

I purchased this camera as I wanted one with the ability to move the camera angle and the added benefit of a solar panel which will constantly keep the battery topped up.

The camera arrived promptly the next day from ordering from Amazon. Inside the box, you received the camera, fittings and the solar panel. The camera itself looks robust and well made. The solar panel comes with 3 metres of cable, so you can position it away from the camera where it'll have the sunlight the most (you'll be able to see from my photo I've positioned this approx two metres away from the camera). I would suggest finding somewhere where you can hide the cable as it looks better on the eye).

The camera is simple to install, the instructions are spot on and if you do come across any difficulties there is a email address you can contact. You simple download the 'Cloudedge' APP in iOS (or playstore), turn the camera on, reset it and add the device to the APP. Position near to your phone and router and follow the simple instructions to pair the phone. Once it is paired you can play around with the motion detection, the camera angle and volume. I really like the speaker option on this camera as it acts as a microphone, so you can speak to anyone that appears on your property (invited or not!).

Fixing the camera is really easy too. You receive the mounting bracket for the camera, which can be mounted on to any flat surface. There is raw plugs if you need to go in to brick work. As the instructions state, it is best to have the camera up a minimum of 3 metres to get the best angle, but also to deter anyone from trying to remove it. 4 screws later and the camera is in place. You can then use the APP to adjust the angle you desire.

The picture is crystal clear (you can select either SD or HD - I chose HD for the clearness). It's worth nothing you do not receive a SD card with the camera, so bear this in mind and try and purchase a card at the same time -you'll need a micro SD card and it will take up to 128mb in memory.

The solar panel is well made, and have 3 metres of wiring. Simple plug in to the bottom of the camera and affix the solar panel to the bracket supplied. I used some tacks to tack the wires behind so it looks better on the eye. The camera is spaced approx two metres from the solar panel.

I am really please with this BOIFUN camera, and would highly recommend this to anyone reading this review. You will not be disappointed with this purchase.

As the instructions state, it is best to have the camera up a minimum of 3 metres to get the best angle, but also to deter anyone from trying to remove it. 4 screws later and the camera is in place. You can then use the APP to adjust the angle you desire.

The picture is crystal clear (you can select either SD or HD - I chose HD for the clearness). It's worth nothing you do not receive a SD card with the camera, so bear this in mind and try and purchase a card at the same time -you'll need a micro SD card and it will take up to 128mb in memory.

The solar panel is well made, and have 3 metres of wiring. Simple plug in to the bottom of the camera and affix the solar panel to the bracket supplied. I used some tacks to tack the wires behind so it looks better on the eye. The camera is spaced approx two metres from the solar panel.

I am really please with this BOIFUN camera, and would highly recommend this to anyone reading this review. You will not be disappointed with this purchase.

Nice compact camera. Day vision is good so is the solar panel, no sign of battery depleting yet even during the winter months. Night vision could be better but this is due to my poor camera location. I will need to install WiFi signal booster as again my camera location presently prevents a strong signal but camera location is crucial for me. Camera picks up motion during the day and records successfully. So far so good.

Ottimo l'imballo e la qualità costruttiva, e' robusta e solida e non ha l'aspetto o la sensazione del giocattolo ne' alla vista ne' al tatto. E' anche abbastanza pesante, per via delle batterie contenute. Le batterie durano tantissimo, io l'ho usata per oltre un mese senza pannello ed era ancora carica. Di aspetto professionale l'imballo e tutto quanto.

L'installazione e' molto semplice e io che me ne intendo poco non ho comunque dovuto chiedere aiuto. Io la uso senza connessione per il tipo di uso che ne sto facendo, ma l'ho provata connettendola e non ci spon problemi. Va connessa anche per orientare l'obiettivo e per settare alcuni parametri, per il resto fa da sola egregiamente.

Unica critica che mi sento di fare, suggerita da un altro recensore con cui sono d'accordo: gli ingressi USB sono al di sotto ma secondo me sono un po' troppo esposti. L'acqua scivolando attorno alle pareti alla lunga potrebbe risalire per capillarità. Io allora ho spruzzato un po' di spray idrorepellente per elettronica, e sigillero' i bordi dell'ingresso USB dove entra il cavo del pannello solare con un po' di vaselina. Cosi' sicuramente non avro' problemi, trucco che uso per altri apparati elettronici esposti all'inverno.

La App credo dia della ditta della telecamera e credo sia in fase di ulteriore sviluppo, infatti le istruzioni che ho trovato con la telecamera incoraggiano a contattare l'assistenza in caso di necessità o suggerimenti. Con la App si possono usare piu' telecamere contemporaneamente, se ricordo bene fino a 8. Basta dare il nome a ciascuna telecamera per distinguerle. E' anche possibile condividere ciascuna telecamera. Il pannello si collega appunto come scritto sopra con un cavo USB che per fortuna e' lungo, io ho messo la telecamera all'ombra e il pannello dietro l'angolo di un muro al sole. La telecamera riceve bene il segnale WiFi fino l limite del mio giardino (quasi 50m dalla casa dove e' il router, con alberi in mezzo).
La micro SD non e' inclusa. Si puo' formattare a distanza, cosi' puoi evitare di cancellare dipresa per ripresa: possono diventare molte con il detettore di movimento.

Non credevo ma poter orientare la telecamera a distanza e puntarla perfettamente e' una gran comodità.
Lo zoom e’ digitale, non ottico.
La funzione di salvataggio cloud dei filmati e’ gratuita per i primi 7gg, ma non serve se usi la schedina sd interna.

La miglior scoperta e' stata l'interfono: si sente bene la voce di chi e' nei pressi della telecamera anche se parla normalmente, e la mia voce viene sentita chiara e forte e bella pulita.

Piu' nitida di quel che mi aspettavo e' la visione notturna, che era la cosa principale per cui ho acquistato una telecamera. Non posso entrare in dettagli ma ho scoperto subito come mai dai miei alberi spariva la frutta! Si riconoscono bene i tratti del volto di una persona, di notte, anche a circa 5 metri di distanza.

Avevo già acquistato una telecamera trasmittente BoiFun per il controllo a distanza dei bambini, mi ero trovato bene e quindi ho deciso di acquistare questo modello della stessa ditta. La telecamera e’ imballata molto bene e viene consegnata con un secondo imballo esterno Amazon. Una volta aperta la scatola e visto l’oggetto mi sono stupito di quanto sia solido, fatto con una plastica dura che sembra metallo verniciato. Ero preoccupato per l’installazione e per il fatto che volevo usare una connessione WiFi da un router che utilizza una scheda SIM o da uno smartphone, e non una connessione fissa di rete – infatti molte compagnie telefoniche non consentono lo streaming diretto da IP camera, e temevo di dovermi organizzare con un VPN etc. etc. – invece l’installazione e’ stata semplicissima: installi la App CloudEdge e in pochi semplici passati sei connesso alla telecamera! Puoi aggiungere alla stessa app varie altre telecamera.
Una cosa utile che ho scoperto e’ che puoi anche CONDIVIDERE la telecamera con qualcun altro, cosa supportata dalla App. Il consumo sia di dati che di batteria e’ molto basso: sto usando da quasi 4 giorni la telecamera, ho fatto tutte le prove possibili e senza pannello la batteria si e’ scaricata di pochissimo. Il pannello solare sembra di qualità, il cavo ha la giusta lunghezza per poter essere sistemato dove arriva meglio il sole e non per forza troppo vicino alla telecamera.
Il segnale WiFi e’ buono sia per la ricezione che per la trasmissione: tra il ruoter e la telecamera ci sono 2 muri ma il segnale arriva senza problemi.
Ho messo la micro SD, da remoto puoi anche formattarla se non vuoi essere sicuro di cancellare completamente eventi e riprese, come del resto vuole la legge se riprendi aree esterne a una proprietà privata.
La manovrabilità e’ ottima (360° orizzontali e 120° verticali), unico peccato e’ che ha la funzione di rilevare le figure umane (oltre a quella di selezionare la sensibilità del movimento) ma non quella di seguirle automaticamente – magari gli sviluppatori del software lo aggiungeranno in futuro?
Il sensore di movimento si puo’ disinserire.

Lo zoom e’ digitale, non ottico. La funzione di salvataggio cloud dei filmati e’ gratuito per i primi 7gg poi a pagamento.

L’interfono funziona molto bene, voce chiara e forte sia dall’altoparlante che dal microfono, che ti consente di sentire il parlato anche a qualche metro di distanza dalla telecamera. Naturalmente c’e’ un po’ di ritardo, nel mio caso dovuto al fatto che usavo una connessione tramite modem con SIM, ma si riesce comunque a comunicare benissimo.

Mi ritengo soddisfatto dell’acquisto.
