Did lots of research on these robo vacuums as there are so many out there. I plumped for this one and I am not disappointed. It's an easy set up and really intuitive. Maps the house easily, is quiet and does a great and thorough job at navitaginting around all the furntoure switching between carpet and wood floors easily. 10/10 so far! This is a very good piece of kit and I am hoping it lasts as it was expensive. It picks up lots of dog hair etc and mops ok. I only have to do my floors once a week now but I do have to change the water daily and empty the dirty water. The bag I can leave a few days and possibly a week!
Also, once a week I have to clean the filter etc and the base however I do have a large bungalow with 2 dogs. We have mainly hard wood flooring with rugs which it is amazing on however the Italian stone textured tiles we have I still have to scrub once a week.
All in all I highly recommend.

What a great product - it just works! Mapped my house really quickly. It coped with the fat thet every room is either at a different level or has a threshold bar or some type. Seeing Rocky work out how to get up a 1 inch step is spellbinding!

The cleaning is great and the mopping is such a good addition. The first clean had rocky pick-up lots of hear which got wrapped around it's side brush and rollers - But maintenance on this think is so easy. You can have all of that hair removed in 2 mins flat and Rocky is ready to go again.

The first couple of cleans saw the poor little robot covered in fluf from going underneath sofas and other furniture. Perhaps it should have a top brush also? And please - in the next version add in a brush to clean the top of tall skirting boards. I'd definitly pay extra for that!

The battery easily copes with a couple of turns around the ground floor before needing to return to base for a recharge. Rocky is however a Darlek - He doesn't go upstairs on his own poer - You have to carry him there, but just dump him on the landing and he figures out where he is and gets on with the cleaning. When he is done he returns to the same spot and waits to be carried down again.

My floors are now so clean I feel I have to actually do more dusting to keep up the overall appearance :-) A great purchase and not much more expensive than a top of the range vacuum.

Altogether, It's an amazing robovac. I had a (faulty) Eufy X10 before, which I sent back, and decided to try this Roborock instead. Overall, this Roboroc is better in my opinion, but it really struggles to get onto my long-ish-pile IKEA carpet. It 'thinks' it's bumping into something while it's just a thicker carpet. That's one thing that my Eufy never struggled with. Even though the Roborock app has a 'dynamic lift' function for carpets, it doesn't seem to recognise that the carpet is ACTUALLY there. One other small thing my Eufy never did, that unfortunately this Roborock has done once, is run over my hanging plant leaves that slightly droop on my floor and smeared leaf residue all over (must say only happened once). Apart from that, worth the investment.

Review Update: Rocky is still cleaning daily and I’ve had no docking issues or navigation problems which is amazing.
I’m getting used to the changes and am happy I purchased. Mopping is going well and I’m finding the carpet cleaning is too. The app allows you to customise the clean which has helped.

The mapping is quick - my previous Roomba took over an hour to map my house. This was done in 7 mins.
Battery seems to last the full hour to clean my downstairs in one go.
I’m 80% carpet with the rest tiles and I do think the roomba performed better in this respect. I feel the suction isn’t clearing as much.
I’d argue the mopping feature doesn’t perform as well as I’d have liked. I find often something as simple as a recent tea stain still on the tiles.
Seems quick to clean compared to my previous robot with quite a lot of personalisation of cleaning.
Hoping to keep using and that it lives up to the hype.

Ich hatte bereits einen einfachen Roboter und wollte mir einen mit besserer Wischfunktion gönnen. Der erste Eindruck war gut, Aufbau supereinfach. Es gibt einen Aftersales Support, der tatsächlich bei Anruf schnell antwortet und Fragen beantworten kann.

Positiv:
+ einfach zu installieren
+ sehr gute Putzleistung, wir haben drei Etagen mit unterschiedlichen Fliessenarten, er fährt unter alle Schränke (soweit möglich) und mir gefällt das zweimalige Kreuzreinigen am besten.
+ Saugleistung auch sehr gut. Angeblich sind Hochflorteppiche ein Problem. Wir haben einen sehr dichten, der mit einem normalen Staubsauger nur mit Kraftaufwand zu reinigen ist. Schafft er ganz leicht.
+erkennt Hindernisse super, fährt elegant herum und nutzt seinen Swingfunktion
+er hat sehr wenig Probleme mit langen Tierhaaren, die bei unserem vorherigen Roboter ständig entfernt werden mussten
+ auf weiteren Etagen funktioniert das Saugen sehr gut, Kartierung ebenfalls
+ sehr leicht zu reinigen und aufzufüllen

Negatives
- bei der ersten Raumerkennung hat er Spiegel nicht erkannt, die ich abdecken musste, weil er sonst nicht kartieren kann und durcheinander kommt. Ist aber nur ein einmaliger Aufwand. Nach der Kartierung klappt es einwandfrei
- Lange Haare wickeln sich an den Bürstenaufhängungen rechts und links fest. Ich empfehle eine Pinzette zum Säubern, das ist etwas wenig durchdacht.
- Die Abdeckung für die Bürsten, die regelmäßig gereinigt werden sollten, ist etwas hakelig und schwierig einzurasten.
Manchmal fährt er den Flexiarm zu spät aus, wodurch manche Kanten ausgelassen werden; ist aber ein Luxusproblem von wenigen Zentimetern, das sich bei zweimaligem Wischen erledigt.
- Das Grundproblem aller Wischroboter: will man zwei Etagen vollständig nass wischen, muss man die gesamte Station mitschleppen (kann man auch kartieren und klappt; ich habe ihn deshalb dem Evovacs vorgezogen, weil er viel leichter ist) Für einzelne Räume funktioniert es allerdings auch sehr gut, wenn man nur den Sauger hinbringt. Saugen in allen Etagen ist gar kein Problem.
- Es gibt keine vernünftige Anleitung für die Software. Es ist aber mit ein bissel Geduld selbsterklärend und man braucht nur beim ersten Mal etwas Zeit. Allerdings könnten ältere Personen damit anfangs Probleme haben.

Insgesamt: Für ein großes Haus ein Muss! Eine echte Zeitersparnis; wenn man wenig Zeit hat, kann er einfach um alles Liegengebliebene fahren und unterm Strich ist die Wohnung/das Haus viiiiel sauberer.

Premetto che avevo un roborock s5 max, di cui era abbastanza soddisfatto sotto il profilo dell'aspirazione, invece per quanto riguarda la pulizia con panno bagnato avevo smesso di usarla perchè puliva poco e lasciava evidenti segni sul pavimento. Ho comprato questo qrevo master leggendo le recensioni positive, ma soprattutto informandomi sul sito vaccum wars, imparziale e ben fatto, ma comunque rimanevo abbastanza scettico sotto il profilo dei mop. Mi sono totalmente ricreduto una volta messo in funzione (ho anche 2 gatti in casa) ed è ormai un mese che lo utilizzo, associato a un buon detergente per robot (uso quello meglio recensito qui su amazon, con tanti commenti), pulisce davvero bene, anzi direi che pulisce alla perfezione, ho fatto il test spruzzato dello sgrassatore sul pavimento qualche ora dopo che lo avevo fatto andare e passandoci uno scooter bianco, risultato: scottex completamente pulito. L'unica accortezza, per quanto abbia il braccetto e il mocio che vanno vicino i bordi, è passare a mano angoli e altri punti complicati, ma parliamo di 5 minuti di lavoro.
Unica cosa, attenzione alle impostazioni dell'uso dell'acqua, perchè potrebbe consumare davvero tanta e finirla molto velocemente (dopo circa 100/150mq di pulizia), ma anche con questa cosa è davvero insuperabile, non mi interessa dover ricarica l'acqua dopo un paio di giorni.

Avant de commencer, il faut savoir que ça fait des mois que je cherchais un aspirateur qui puisse répondre à mes besoins et étant quelque peu sceptique vis-à-vis des robots aspirateurs, aucun modèle en boutique ou en ligne ne m'avait totalement convaincu... jusqu'à celui-ci.

Pour ceux qui ne liront pas tout, en quelques mots : Je ne regrette absolument pas cet achat !

Pour les plus curieux, voici mes impressions sur les points forts et les quelques points chiants (mais on peut pas lui demander la lune..) :

Points forts :

Aspire et lave simultanément : J'ai de suite adoré ! Sa capacité à non seulement aspirer mais aussi laver. Cette fonction combinée est un vrai gain de temps, surtout pour quelqu’un comme moi qui aime avoir un appartement impeccable sans passer des heures à nettoyer (en étant un peu beaucoup fainéant aussi ahah).

Accessibilité dans les coins difficiles : Avec sa serpillère qui se déploie légèrement sur le côté, il atteint des zones comme les coins difficiles et les bords des meubles.

Commandes vocales : Autre point très pratique, il est possible de contrôler le robot par la voix ! Que ce soit avec Siri via iPhone, ou avec "Ok Google" sur Android, on peut lui donner des ordres simples sans toucher à l’application aussi en étant proche de la station.

Application très complète : L'application est intuitive et permet de créer une carte précise de l’appartement dès le premier passage. Cela facilite la gestion des zones à nettoyer. On peut aussi programmer des horaires et des routines spécifiques en fonction des pièces.

Contrôle à distance : On peut contrôler l'aspirateur via l'app à distance, comme dans un jeu, on a la caméra et des touches pour avancer, tourner reculer etc. On peut même appeler le robot (s'il y a quelqu'un à la maison ou pour engueuler son chat)

Vidange automatique et séchage de la serpillère : Le fait qu’il se vide tout seul dans son bac et nettoie sa serpillère est un vrai plus. La serpillère est même réchauffée pour sécher, ce qui évite tout problème de moisissure. Il suffit de remplir le réservoir d'eau propre, vider le bac d'eau sale et, de temps en temps, changer le sac de la station pour les poussières. C’est un entretien réduit au minimum.

Points faibles :

Attends à bien vider le bac d'eau sale rapidement, les odeurs peuvent devenir trèèèès désagréables, perso dès que je le vide j'y mets un peu de savon et ça marche pas mal !

Le sac de la station est jetable (tous les 3 mois) mais bon.. On peut le vider à vrai dire et réutiliser le même, c'est juste dommage que ça soit jetable. (idem pour la serpillère et le petit balais)

On ne peut pas renommer la commande vocale "Hello Rocky" j'aurais aimé appeler le mien "Hello Marguerite" mais bon.. je chipote.

En somme, je recommande vivement ce produit à toute personne qui cherche un robot aspirateur performant et polyvalent. Si vous avez une maison ou un appartement avec plusieurs pièces et des recoins difficiles à atteindre, ce modèle est un excellent choix. Il allie technologie, efficacité et simplicité d'utilisation. Vous ne serez pas déçu !

Ho acquistato il Roborock Qrevo Master e devo dire che è stato uno degli investimenti più azzeccati per la mia casa. Dopo averlo utilizzato per diverse settimane, sono assolutamente soddisfatto delle sue prestazioni e della sua capacità di rendere la pulizia quotidiana un’operazione senza sforzo.

La potenza di aspirazione è impressionante: non importa quanto sporco si trovi sul pavimento, dai peli degli animali domestici alle briciole o alla polvere fine, questo robot aspirapolvere riesce a catturare tutto in modo impeccabile. Ho notato una grande differenza anche rispetto ai modelli precedenti, grazie alla capacità di pulire in profondità tappeti e superfici dure. Il passaggio automatico tra modalità aspirazione e lavaggio è senza intoppi, e il mop sollevabile è una caratteristica che ho trovato incredibilmente utile, soprattutto quando il robot passa dai pavimenti ai tappeti. Non devo più preoccuparmi di rimuovere i tappeti prima di avviare la pulizia!

Una delle caratteristiche che ho apprezzato maggiormente è il sistema di rilevamento dello sporco. Il Qrevo Master sa esattamente dove concentrare la sua attenzione: nelle aree più sporche, aumenta la sua potenza di pulizia e fa più passaggi per garantire un risultato perfetto. Questo significa che non solo pulisce ogni zona della casa, ma lo fa in modo ottimizzato, senza perdere tempo nelle aree già pulite.

Il design FlexiArm merita una menzione speciale. Grazie a questa caratteristica, il robot è in grado di raggiungere anche gli angoli più difficili e sotto i mobili, assicurando che non rimangano zone non trattate. Non ho più bisogno di fare il giro con un’aspirapolvere tradizionale per quei punti più complicati: il Roborock si occupa di tutto.

Dal punto di vista dell’automazione, questo dispositivo è veramente avanti. L’integrazione con l’app è intuitiva e mi permette di personalizzare ogni aspetto del ciclo di pulizia. Posso programmare le sessioni, monitorare i progressi e addirittura scegliere aree specifiche da pulire, tutto con pochi tocchi sullo smartphone. Inoltre, la durata della batteria è eccellente: riesce a coprire tutta la casa con una sola carica, e quando è scarico, torna da solo alla base di ricarica.
